You should start preparing from now by going through the basics of B.Com. My seniors from Doon Business School are preparing for CA from their 3rd year itself.

It is possible for you to do CA studies with your BBA course, then go for CA. If you can't manage, then after completing your BBA, you can directly apply for IPCC after completing your BBA. If you are planning now, I would like to say that you need to study at least 6 hours every day.
