According to this criteria, a student must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology as his main subjects in the 12th Board. Other than that, apart from English, he/she can take other optional subjects of their will. So, congrats.

Yes, you are eligible after clearing your 12th exams to appear for NEET exam because you should choose PCB subjects which means you have to take medical stream.
