How can you expect engineering still now? Don’t think that everything is engineering. Success has infinite sources. So, change your thought and step towards your passion and interest in which you never fail whether it is small or big.

No, you can't. Also, after getting failed in 3 subjects, you should drop the idea of doing engineering. It can take up to 5-6 years for you to complete engineering.

You have to reappear on 12th board through improvement test to become eligible for engineering or any other course.

If you think that engineering is easy then you are wrong. You can get admission but it would have no value because you have already failed in 3 subjects and in engineering there are great chances to get supplementary.
