I got 202 marks in JEE Mains paper 2 and my OBC-NCL rank is 5282. Can I get any NIT colleges?

I have gone through the closing ranks of B.Arch. For all the NITs, these are your only options: You can get NIT-Hamirpur if you belong to the home state, i.e. Himachal Pradesh. And there is a slight chance that you can get NIT-Raipur, as the cut-offs for this year are going lower (higher in rank) as compared to last year's cut-offs, but this is also only possible if you belong to the home state, i.e. Chhattisgarh.
