With this score, you won't be able to get any government B.Tech college. You can go for private colleges with this score, or else can take a year drop and prepare again for this exam.

No, you are not likely to get a good college in a better stream. Try for private college’s entrance exam or get into universities, which take their own entrance. Moreover, drop is recommended for you.
