For Amity campuses, students securing a score of 30 and above in JEE Mains plus 60% in E-PCM (English+ physics+ maths+ chemistry/biology/computer science/ biotechnology), will also be eligible for Direct Admission process i.e., exempt from entrance test and interview, for B.Tech programmes only.

No, you cannot get admission to Amity University because your score for JEE Mains is too low. Your 12th percentage is good but you have a gap.
