No, your class 12th score is less than 75%. You can't get into NIT because you are not eligible for the same.

Can I know about your category? It is difficult to get admission in NITS. You should participate in counselling and get admission in a good private college. You can drop one year and study for JEE Mains. You need to score above 150 marks in JEE Mains to get admission in NITs.

It depend on Category. If your Category is ST or SC you are eligible for NIT Colleges. But eligibility criteria for taking admission in NIT is 75% in HSC.

With these marks, there is no chance to get admission in any NIT. With these marks, your general rank will be up to near about INR. 6 lakh and at this rank you will not be able to get admission in NIT College, but I will give you a suggestion to get admission in best state government college of India, if you give the paper of JEE Mains and secured rank upto INR. 5 lakh and class 12th percentage is good, then you can take admission in any government college by state counselling.
