As you have not qualified the cut off marks in JEE Mains, so you cannot apply for counselling under JoSAA. So, I would suggest either you take admission into any private college, In a branch of your interest ( CSE/IT/EEE/etc. . would be good for you ) or else you can try for any government colleges in your own state. All the best.
