You can get admission in BMS with CET or ComedK rank. I'm not sure if you can get admission through JEE Mains marks, but you can apply for a management seat if you really want BMS. DA-IICT offers admission to a student only through JEE All India Rank. So, I'm sorry you don't have a chance in DA where the last year's cut-off was around 12K and I have no clue about the admission system of the other institutes you have mentioned above.
