With your academic background, it will be a challenge to get admission for MBA from a good institute. While you may get admission for MBA in a not so well known institute/college. The same will not give you good job placement.

No doubt, you can go for MBA although you have less during your graduation but you have enough in M.com so it cover up. If you want to land up in good MBA College you have to appear any entrance exam like MAT, CMAT, XAT, and CAT and for list of MBA College you can check out in Shiksha.com itself.

No, definitely you are not eligible for pursuing MBA, because minimum percentage in graduation is 50% marks to be eligible.

Yes, you are eligible you have to take entrance exam like CAT,SAT,MAT,CET etc. there are so many entrances, but if you wants to get admission in IIM, then you have to give CAT exam.
