you can get direct admission in some private colleges and also some good colleges by management quota if you don't want to drop but for this you have pcm 50% aggregate atleast in 12th, and if you want to drop then work hard,good luck

If you have 60% marks in PCM (subject), then you can apply for almost all the college in India for BE or B.Tech or for any technical degree except government top Institute. I can't suggest you any college, because that should be your decision. But, I can give you one advice that take help of our Shiksha. com website and find the students of that college on Facebook and ask them about the college condition. Request them to help, do a correct decision.

Truly speaking, you will not get any college allotted by JOSA, as you haven't qualified your examination. So, it will be better for you to drop or take admission in any private college.
