There are very less chances of getting govt. colleges so I would prefer you to look for the private colleges in IPU.

COA needed at least 80 marks in NATA, without it you can't get license. Better, you want to do architecture try next year.

The best way to predict a college through JEE Mains score is to use shiksha’s college predictor. After that just go for the counselling of that college. You may also choose private colleges like BITS Pilani, SRM, VIT, SKIT-Jaipur, Galgotias, Sharda, LPU and Nirma.

you may sit for counselling in the government colleges but keep some private colleges in hand as priority in case of backup.

Your chances are too less for B.Arch in IPU. I would still suggest you going for the counselling. You may get a private college of IPU at this score.
