No, 128 marks are not enough to get a NIT. For a good NIT, you have to score atleast 180 marks.

Chances for NITs are less, but you can apply as you never know what is going to happen tomorrow. And, apart from that many good private colleges are there too. After that, you can go there for admission.

You have above 75% in Board exams, hence it will play no role in getting you a good college. More than marks, it's your rank and category which will fetch you a college. I will suggest you to work harder for the next JEE. And score better to get an elite college. All the best.

You have a good score but not good for a top level NIT you may get a lower NIT. I suggest you to focus on your JEE advance exam and try to improve your JEE Mains score too.
