CLAT does not require you to have a humanities base, even humanities students will find it completely unrelated. The break up of CLAT is General English, Quantitative Aptitude upto 10th class like pipes, time and distance), etc. , Legal GK, Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning. Now you see, CLAT is not inclined towards any stream.

No stream has real advantage in CLAT. Since it is based on GK, Legal aptitude, Logical reasoning, English and Maths. Please refer to the link provided below for tips and tricks to crack the CLAT:
