Yes, you can easily get the college in mechanical branch also but you have to wait for the second or the third round of the counselling.

Yes, you can get it as your 12th marks and JEE marks are good, so you must take part in the counseling process of the college and be hopeful that you get ME in your targeted college.

12th percentage is no longer taken into account. If your rank is within 40k then you may get CSE.
