Well, first cut-off list will be available online, you can find it anywhere and that is a good score, you can definitely get admission through CAP round and the second thing is you have to pick your subject by the end of your 2nd semester. You can select marketing, finance, and in your case human resource, etc. So, for now, you just have to focus on the CAP round. There will be 3 rounds.
