Firstly, compare the job role offered by the two companies. Compare the fixed and variable components being offered, the kind of bonuses being offered. Look for the growth perspective - it is very important to understand from the hiring managers about your prospective growth curve in the next few years with an assumption of an average performance. It is very important to understand the culture of the organization before stepping in. May be it is because of the strict policies that you just cant withstand. Does your job offer flexible work timings? If you are a back-end developer and have to code, timing shouldn't matter for you, right? Doesn't work that way at all the companies. Figure out if flexible timings are permitted, how flexible are policies in terms of leaves and work from home benefits. Perks like free lunch, travel allowances, team outings once a month are some of the great attractions for employees to rejuvenate.

Congratulations on the achievement. Choosing between two offers is actually very tough, because every offer seems to be an achievement and you know that you want to start your career badly. Making the right decision is actually very important. The decision making should be based on certain factors such as: The job profile: In case of an IT background the program, technology, project that you are getting associated with plays a vital role. This is where you will be learning with the projects and your knowledge will develop further hence choose wisely the program/project which is more in demand. The ROI of the brand: associating yourself with a company plays a huge role in the future placements. The brand that you work with has after effects on the future companies that will be interested to employ you. Your experience in the particular brand will also be an added advantage to the salary packages offered. Environment/Job stability: It is always good to go for companies with established foundations as this gives you more job security.
