I would suggest that you fill the application form again or request the authorities to correct the e-mail ID by writing to them via e-mail and informing them of the mistake. E-Mail ID is important as you will be receiving an email regarding confirmation of the registration on your registered email ID. You will also require your registered e-mail ID to login to their official website. Regards.
