I have cleared the exam of registered dietitian after graduation. Should I do M.Sc in food and nutrition?

Definitely, It will help you in gaining more knowledge about the subject and also in getting more pay as some organisations/companies prefer people who have post graduation degree as well as some experience.

You must go ahead. Always remember Masters in any subject will always add the feather in your cap. You will learn many things.
