You can start working with any small consultancy firm, as being a B.Com graduate you have sufficient knowledge about taxation and accounting. Gain some experience and then go for MBA. With few months of work experience it will give you advantage in MBA over the other Freshers, who are without any work experience, during your placements. If you are interested in Higher studies you can do M.Com and the go for Ph.D. and after that you can work in teaching field. You can also do professional courses like CA CS CMA, CFA from India or abroad and get attractive salary package. Apart from these you can also go for the preparation of Banking and other competitive exams. And if None of these, you can do an event management course, fashion designing course, or any other certification course based on you area of interest, which can enhance your chances of getting job.

In my opinion you should join a good B-School and get an MBA degree or you can either go for competitive exams if you wish for a job. You can prepare for railway jobs or bank jobs, etc. Or, if you wish to study further, you can go for M.Com, CA, CS, ICWA, etc.

The most preferred choices after completing your B.Com (honours) are as, Chartered Accountant CA Masters of Commerce M.Com Masters of Business Administration (MBA in Finance), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accounting CPA Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Business Accounting and Taxation (BAT), etc.
