The eligibility criteria for doing an LLM (if that is what you are looking at) in any field of law, including Cyber law, is LLB. Hence, you can pursue an LLM only after you have finished your LLB. That being said, there are various diploma courses and online courses in Cyber Law that can be pursued even without doing LLb. You can opt for one of those. Indian Law Institute has a part-time diploma is Cyber law and it is open to even non-law graduates. Asked about University College of Law , Osmania University - Postgraduate Diploma in Cyber Law: Please check the criteria that this particular course requires. Going by the general rule, you should be eligible for this diploma.
