No, the only requirement is 10+2 with PCM (55%) and good money to invest in training. Government academies charge around 38 to 45 lakhs for CPL and private flying schools charge almost additional 10 lakhs.

aero engr.and pilot are two different careers. u need to clear pilot training for more information meet Mr.Vikas kaushik, pilot,shiksha member(by searching his name in shiksha)
