Both are good courses and have good opportunities. For further studies and as well as job prospects, you better complete your class 12th first and then decide what you have an interest in studying.

It's not as which course is better among the two because it depends on you interest and also on what you want to become. So, know what you want to do and then decide what course is to be done.

Choose whatever has your interest. If you like physics or maths, then choose that. There is no comparison between the as it is only the matter of choice. If you have a particular goal in mind then choose according that.
