Instead of going for a course in finance and banking, try to appear for exams conducted for entry in public sector banks. This will give you decent salary job right from very early in your career.

I would suggest you go for B.Com through correspondence along with a specialised course in your interest area. In case of finance and banking, TKWs Institute of Banking and Finance has an integrated course. You will get to do a B.Com (Hons) from DU SOL along with an Advanced Diploma in banking and education. You also have an option to go for an additional qualification of CS. For a meritorious student like you, don't stick to traditional B.Com and waste 3 precious years of your life.
