Yes, you can easily apply in any college to get admission. Criteria to get admission in any college for MCA is 50%. You can also crack CAT to get admission in best colleges. Remember, you have to deal with mathematics in MCA. So, be ready for that.

In majority of universities eligibility criteria for MCA is Maths in + 2 stage. You may have to chose universities where admission criterion are not stringent. You can do MCA in IGNOU but you will have to pass the BCS-012 course concurrently with MCA. There are few private colleges which also allow admission in MCA without Maths.
