The first choice after completing 12th with pcb should be mbbs or bds. But if you are unable to go for these, then you can go for professional course BBA, if you want to make a career in private sector. And if you are interested in traditional sectors like teaching, then you can go for bsc with a subject of your choice preferably botony or zoology as it will separate you from others as physics and chemistry are common to all. After that you can do your masters and then phd. There is another sector that has a lot of potential nowadays and that is agriculture, you can go for bsc in agriculture science if you are interested, and you can have a career in agricultural sector by either being employed by the government is any private players. But you will have to give a test to secure admission in good colleges. You can also go for pharmacy or biotechnology as these are the most growing fields.

Going for B.Sc will be a better option because it's going to improve your capability to do more and then you can go for research and development.

I think mainly you have 3 options. First of all, you should prepare for NEET exam, practice as much as you can and the second one is B.Sc with Biology and after that M.Sc. Also, you can pursue biotechnology, it is in trend nowadays, only if you pursue it from a good institute.
