I have done 12th class by securing 78% in PCB. Am I eligible for engineering being a student of science in 12th class?

Yes, but you have to apply for NIOS to have a maths degree or certificate and for that thing, NIOS is the best option who can give you that maths certificate and then you'll be a certified as PCMB student and boom you can apply for anything. All you need is learn maths, give the exam of NIOS, pass it and you're good to go. Good luck.

Hope you are doing well. You must have passed HSC/equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with any one of the subjects Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical/ vocational subjects. In these subjects, taken together, you should have secured a minimum of 50 % marks. You must crack IIT or any entrance exam conducted by the state to be eligible to get admission for engineering. Your academics are good and have a chance to get admission in engineering. For a better option, you need to crack entrance exams conducted by the engineering college or governing body. Thanks & best of luck.

For engineering, you must pass with PCM or PCMB i.e. maths is compulsory for engineering admissions. Its the eligibility criteria.
