I have done class 12th with commerce stream and have a dream of becoming a chef. Can you suggest how can I fulfill my dream?

You can apply in NCHMCT which is a national level HM exam after 12th and requires 50% in 12th. This is a job that is both physically and mentally demanding, where you are expected to give 110%, day in and day out. Good efforts are seldom appreciated, but a mistake is highlighted in magnifying proportions and in some rare cases can even be grounds for dismissal. Cooking is just one small aspect of a chef’s job. Running a full fledged commercial kitchen requires dedication, patience and exceptional mental strength (not to mention being extremely competent and up to date about the happenings in the culinary world). Remember one more line, "Never run, never stop.Just simply walk towards your goal."
