Yes, you are eligible for this course, but I would like to recommend B.Tech/BE through lateral entry (direct second year admission). For that, you have to appear for state LEET examination to get a good college. And, evening/distance/online/part time engineering courses are not valid any more as per the latest Supreme Court verdict, hence, I would recommend you to join regular B.Tech course for better career prospects.
