If you have done MSW, you would have to opt for Social Work as your subject in UGC NET 2018. A student who has completed MBA in HR and secured minimum 55% marks (for general category) or minimum 50% mark (for reserved as well as PWD i.e. persons with disability category) from a recognised university is eligible to apply for HR in NET (National Eligibility Test) exam. Regards.
