Yes, your aggregate percentage is around 59 which is greator than 55 so, you can appear for JAM.

Please check for your eligibility to appear for the IIT JAM 2018 entrance exam from the criteria mentioned at the link provided below. Criteria for 2019 has not been released as yet. Regards.
