Yes, you are eligible but you have to cross check your 10+2 marks that marks should be around min 60% aggregate in class X & XII with min. 60% in PCM for Non- sponsored & 55% for sponsored category. As you have done your diploma in computer engineering that's why you are not eligible for the lateral entry otherwise if you have done you diploma in same field then you'll get lateral entry direct in second year.
