Since your percentage in graduation is less than 50, you are not eligible for IIMs.

You need to have a graduation degree with at least 50% marks in your graduation. No IIM calls a student who has less than 50% marks in graduation. Any graduate can apply for the MBA course. A candidate with backlogs is not a graduate. So you need to clear all the backlogs to apply for post graduation course. You also need to score well in entrance exam like CAT, MAT. For many reputed institutes like IIM, XLRI, IGNOU graduates with a minimum of 50% marks can apply. So you will need to apply to the lower rung colleges.
