Yes, you can take admission in LL.B. On the basis of graduation but you should have 45% marks. You need to qualify entrance exam. You can consider any below mentioned college National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata The National Law Institute University, Bhopal Lovely Professional University, Punjab Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar Faculty of Law, BHU Varanasi National Law University, New Delhi/Cuttack National Law University, Jaipur Sinhgad Law College, Pune.

See, you can take admission in LL.B. 3 year course in good universities if you have scored above 50% marks in your UG. Many universities usually have this percentage as a minimum criteria so if you have secured marks above 50% you are eligible.
