For MBA, you should go for BBA,in BBA you get a knowledge of business management which is helpful for you in MBA you get a basic knowledge in BBA.

BBA +MBA is a better option because in case of B.Sc, you'll not have knowledge of the subject you'll have to study in MBA; everything will be strange to you. So, go for BBA + MBA.

If you are strong with your basics in Science subjects, then definitely go for B.Sc. as it will be a little bit easy to score, and after that you can pursue your MBA after 3 years.
