To become a successful programmer one needs to know about algorithms, data structure and mathematics. In mathematics you should know the topics like linear algebra, set theories, discrete math, number theory and some calculus. In programming, you need great analytical skills as well as good knowledge of algorithms and data structures, and as you mentioned that you are not very good in Maths, so it is not needed to be good in Maths to become a programmer.
