Yes, why not. If you qualify JEE Main paper 2, then you are welcome to take admission for B.Arch college.

Yes, you can get admission. NATA is not mandatory, you can get the architecture college from JEE also.

Depending on your rank in JEE, you may be able to find a good college to pursue B.Arch. Yes, you may get admission in B.Arch as it is not mandatory to give NATA. You can get admission on the basis of JEE too. Good Luck!!
