It is not a problem. Even now, you can give the LPU-NEST exam and can get admission there.

No, problem you can still give their test which is LPU-NEST, and if you fail to give this test also then no problem you will still get admission in it. If you will visit the campus and you pay the fees, then it will be too easy for you to get the admission the only thing that you will not get is the scholarship.

You have done class 12th with 77% that's good. But, you have not mention the subject. So, you want to do B.Tech in Lovely Professional University, as the branch computer you have not applied for JEE Mains ; so there is not a big issue you can take direct admission in that college.

Either LPU-NEST or JEE-Mains is a compulsory part of your admission. Moreover, these exams’ marks will award you with great scholarship, so give them and go prepared with LPU-NEST as this will give you a much better scholarship.
