Since you have better score in MH CET, I would suggest that you apply using that score. Minimum eligibility criteria is more than 60% all through out, which you've. The general cut off is between 80 - 85 percentile. So it looks like you've a good chance of getting selected for the next round. Getting shortlisted for the final list would depend on your performance in the GD and PI round.
