Depends on your category. For general, it is 50% and for SC/ST it is 45%.

Well, for general seat you need at least 50% average in your graduation, but for SC/ST 45% is enough. So, it depends on your cast and your seat allotted should also be according to your cast.

I am sorry, but if you are general category student it will be very difficult for you to get into a university for MBA. In case you are ST /SC then 5% relaxation does exist. DBS, Dehradun is one of the best colleges for management studies in North India.

For enrolling in regular MBA (RTU, Kota), the minimum aggregate percentage required in Graduation is 50% for General category. I would mark it here that for reserved category i.e., SC, ST, OBC (non- creamy), minimum percentage for admission eligibility is 45%. So, you can take admission in regular MBA if you belong to reserved category. Otherwise, not.
