I think you should go for computer science and engineering or electronics and communication engineering for B.Tech.

If you like programming and electronics, then please go for electronics and communication engineering. Because, in CSE branch there is only programming. Bu, in ECE both are present.

CSE is meant for programming and ECE is meant for both programming and electronics. So now coming to your question, if you love both, then you can go for ECE, but make sure about the placement before joining in any college. Being an ECE student, you can either go for core jobs or IT jobs, but being a CSE student you have to go for IT jobs only. So, if you really love electronics, you can go for electronics and communication engineering. I am also an ECE student, and I too love electronics and programming. So, take your decisions wisely.

The better option for you will be to choose electronics and telecommunication engineering.
