It highly depends on your interest. If you want to go into technical line and if algorithms excite you, Masters in technology is a good option. For MBA, ask yourself, why do you want to do an MBA? You'll get the answer. Good luck.

If you want to continue your study in the same field and want to serve as professor or any reputed job in the industry. M.Tech will be a good choice for you. But if you want to switch your interest to the business world, go for MBA.

Do MBA, if you want to enter the business field, and do M.Tech if you still want to be an engineer. I recommend you to do M.Tech in computer Science from a recognized college.
