To pursue MBA, one needs to be a graduate. So, I would advise you to pursue graduation via distance learning in arts/commerce and then pursue MBA. Now a days, one can complete graduation through distance learning in 2 years’ time.

You will have to complete your graduation, and only then apply for an MBA program. You may get a lateral entry option to B.Tech or B.Sc electronics and telecommunication, provided your Diploma course was for a duration of 3 years.
