Why not? After completing 12th, 3 year is enough to practice sketching for 2D. 3D doesn't require much, and rest, creativity you have to explore in any college or institute to become good animator. So, try for good colleges and practice some sketching to qualify into it.

Yes, you can. It all comes down to how much you love the course. If you want to go for animation please do. Arena animation is one of the best institutes that you can opt for.
