If you are interested in mathematics then you should continue with maths as it will take you to a very bright future. If you are interested in administrative services, you can go for PCS or IAS with Maths in Statistical Department.

That's good that you want to do your Masters. And, about the subject, I think in which you are interested choose that subject as a main criteria in your M.Sc and maths will be the better option for you.
