If you are interested in mathematics then you should continue with maths as it will take you to a very bright future. If you are interested in administrative services, you can go for PCS or IAS with Maths in Statistical Department.

That's good that you want to do your Masters. And, about the subject, I think in which you are interested choose that subject as a main criteria in your M.Sc and maths will be the better option for you.

You must do B.Sc (Hons) in mathematics followed by M.Sc. Then you can go for the NET exam and if you successfully qualify that exam then you will definitely be eligible for an associate professor job in any university and can get a very good salary and a reputed job. You can also make your career in the teaching field.
