Training always help, you will be well ahead from the untrained people. But yes if you want to try it once without training you can go and attend one or two interviews, it will help you to decide further. Good Luck! Team Airborne Air Hostess Academy

No actually it is not important to attend training at an institute, you can go for it directly. However the are many things that are taught in the institutes that help you become more confident for the interview, including flight procedures, communication, personality development etc.
