The hostel facility in PUMBA is for limited students, about only 20 students get hostel facility at just 2000 per year, so the competition is huge and talking about the finance placement, the package offered is around Rs 6 to 7 LPA.

Now listen hostel facilities are kind of mediocre and may not be up to the standards which you are expecting so I would suggest you to look for a PG in the near location. As you get admission in PUMBA, you become eligible to apply foe hostel facility in Pune University. Almost everyone gets accommodation in University hostel, rarely one doesn't get. The fee for hostel are also very negligible. So, don't worry about the charges as well.
