Yes, you are eligible for the same, but not for the selection in IITs or NITs.

For JEE Mains 2018, the criteria is 75% minimum marks for admissions in IITs, NITs, IIITs and other CFTI's or must be in top 20 percentile score of their respective board. However, to be eligible for applying, class 12th marks are not necessary. You can apply, but you will not be able to apply for the above mentioned colleges.
