You should focus on PCM.

As you are moving from 10th to 11th you really need to work very hard to perform well in 12th and as far as subjects are concerned there is nothing like you need to focus on specific subjects, you will have to maintain a proper balance in maintaining all your subjects. You need to work equally hard on each of them to get good marks in 12th.

As per my opinion and my knowledge, you must focus on Science stream that is a combination of PCM. If you score well in it, then only you can go for B.Tech. All the best and have a great life ahead.

Engineering means Innovation and for that subjects like Physics and it's better half Mathematics. The more you focus on these 2, the less you have to worry about later studies. Good Luck.

Your main focus should be on the 3 core subjects that are Physics, Chemistry and Maths.

For B.Tech your full focus should on maths and physics. And if your interest in the chemical branch, then you should focus on chemistry too. As per me, focus on the topics in physics which will help you in B.Tech too.
