it is difficult to get cse in dtu if u r general however NIT surathkal comes under top 5 nits so if u wait for 3-4 round in dtu or nit counselling u may probably get cse. nd if u belong to any sc/st category than there is chance of getting cse in 1-2 round in dtu please upvote the answer if u r satisfied.
